All our items are shipped via DHL EXPRESS, and items take 3-10 working days to arrive depending on location. We offer shipping to all countries and here are our shipping conditions
Shipping fees are non-refundable

All custom fees will be the responsibility of the customer; Custom fees are usually charged by the countries at the border, so we have no control over it
Check your address carefully as we will not be responsible for lost item based on wrong address
Once an item is shipped, it may not be redirected and if it can, it will attract additional fee
You will be responsible for paying shipping cost to return an item
If you fail to pick up your item or not available at time of delivery and the item is returned to us, you will be responsible for the new shipping fee
You will receive a tracking number from DHL to monitor your item once shipped
Shipping fees are based on item weight and the carton volumetric, so it may vary
DHL is fully responsible for item lost in transits under their care, we will do everything possible to make sure its resolved If you want your shipping fast-tracked, it will attract additional fee
PROCESSING TIME
All items take 5-40 working days to make depending on the dress. Regular simple dresses will be done in 5-20 working days but embellished dresses take longer time to be processed. However, if you want your item expedited, it will attract extra cost.
