In situations where the item you received came in damaged, different, wrong size or color, kindly send a mail to kodiateliers@gmail.com to so it can be resolved. Kindly take time to read through our policies before placing your order to ensure compliance.
RETURNS
We do not accept returns or exchanges for any item shipped in good condition and in correct size, color picked. We encourage our customers to carefully read through each item details and size chart before placing their order
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
We accept exchanges only if legible. Here are conditions of exchanges and refunds:
Item bought on sale can not be refunded or exchanged
Personalized items can not be refunded or exchanged
Only sold-out items will be refunded
Item returned must be between 1-3working days via a reliable courier services
Items returned will be inspected when it arrives, and only when it’s in good condition exactly as it left will a refund or exchange be made.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
